Mesotherapy is a multipurpose method based on injection of various medications and cocktails into the mesoderm (the skin layer located under the epidermis).

Mesotherapy is one of the most effective methods of facial skin rejuvenation and cellulite treatment. The mesotherapy procedure is based on a principle of directed treatment of skin cells. This effect is achieved by means of subcutaneous microinjections of individually chosen (depending on the problem) cocktails. That is why necessary skin nutrients, microelements, vitamins and medications get directly to the target area.

For the mesotherapy procedure, different subcutaneous injection techniques are applied, injections are carried out either with the use of a jet injector or manually, depending on the treatment area or the specialist’s choice. A jet injector (“meso injector”) is usually applied for body injections, while injections requiring great precision, such as, for example, facial injections, are carried out manually.

Before the procedure, the specialist-dermatologist collects detailed information about the health of the patient. By the patient’s request, before the procedure an allergic test is carried out. The patient lies on a comfortable chair; our specialist treats the operative field with alcohol solution or chlorhexidine and injects the cocktail chosen individually for the patient.
